Consultant and Interim Managerin
Cornelia Jaksche was born in Graz/Austria.
After a failed degree in medical studies and a short side trip into veterinary medicine she moved into the business world and made her career as Human Resources Manager and consultant in the fields of tax consultancy, telecoms & new economy for 16 years. After a two-years engagement as strategy consultant in one of the largest banks in Austria, she started to run her own business as consultant and interim manager in 2003.
Since then she has been working with large corporate clients from financial industry, tax consultancy, telecoms, IT- and digital-industry, pharma-, insurance- and production-companies as well as with middle-sized clients from various sectors.
With her expertise she supports organisations in change projects focusing on growth, strategic orientation, mergers and reorganisation. She designs and facilitates processes and single-workshops in strategy-, organizational- and team-development, change management, leadership, generation management und she also works as operational interim manager in corporate line functions.
For over 25 years she has advised and coached managers, key-decision-makers and project-managers in the field of career- and self-development.
Cornelia Jaksche was trained and certified as systemic consultant and coach, change-manager, team- and large-group-facilitator, project-, conflict- and negation-manager. Moreover she has expertise in solution-focused brief-therapy, corporate management/controlling and labour law.
Her clients appreciate her analytical skills and her distinctiveness in communication. She loves to work with people and she loves her work.
Cornelia Jaksche is member of the executive board of DÖIM Dachorganisation Österreichisches Interim Management.
