ProPro is a tailor-made programme for the individual needs of the respective participants, finding and matching each of them with the right mentor.

The women in our pool of Mentors belong to the most successful producers in Europe. Their commitment to share their knowledge is an incredibly valuable resource.

For the ProPro-Team, the brainstorming for the most fitting mentors begins with a close and thorough reading of the applications. In respect to the specific needs of the participants’ project we choose the right mentor and take into consideration the participants specific wishes.
